During the consultation, take some time to see if you mesh well with your therapist. Consultations run for half an hour.

After your initial consultation is completed with your therapist at Vox Psychotherapy, you are ready to dive into the heart of your therapeutic solutions. Individual therapy sessions are where the bulk of your mental health and wellness work will be accomplished. Sessions range in length from 30 to 50 minutes depending on need and price. You'll focus on working with Kim to discuss your symptoms, concerns, and roadblocks while receiving clear guidance in return.
